At Rosewick Toronto, we are committed to offering the best possible shopping experience. However, if a product does not fully meet your expectations, you will find our return policy clearly outlined below.


General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be made after the product has been physically received.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs fees.

  • Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging and protections must be intact and attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn.

  • Returns of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Return Procedure

The return process is as follows:

  • The customer must request a return by emailing info@rosewick-toronto.com within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Once the request has been approved, we will provide the return address of our supplier, which is located outside the European Union (China).

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense to the provided address.

  • All shipping, customs and import costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

Once the returned product has been received at the provided address and approved by the supplier:

  • The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

  • If the returned product is damaged, used, incomplete or does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund partially or in full.


Liability

Rosewick Toronto is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.

Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
